Uncle Wynn's Bread Machine Rye

Ingredients :

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 teaspoons caraway seed
• 1/2 cup cornmeal
• 1 1/2 cups dark rye flour
• 2 cups bread flour
• 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions :

Prep : 5M	Cook : 12M	Ready in : 3H5M

• Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Set for French Bread cycle, or Normal setting.
